The Third UN Global Survey on Digital and Sustainable Trade Facilitation, jointly conducted by the five UN Regional Commissions for Europe, Africa, Asia and the Pacific, Latin America and the Caribbean and West Asia, has been published in 2019.
The Global Survey is published every two years and includes an overview of 128 economies around the world through an analysis of the implementation of 53 measures related to the implementation of the provisions of the World Trade Organization (WTO) Trade Facilitation Agreement.
Serbia has made significant progress in trade facilitation over the last two years, as noted in this UN review. Namely, this year’s assessment of the fulfillment of trade facilitation measures for our country is 61.29%, which represents a positive improvement from the previous two reports when this rating was much lower (for 2015 the result was 36.56%, for 2017 it was 38.71% ).
A detailed overview of the assessment of all measures for Serbia can be found here.
