According to Article 7.4. CEFTA Additional Protocol 5, each CEFTA Party is obliged to compile an Single list of fees and charges relating to import and export, in its own and English language, where a list of all fees and charges, legal basis, amount, the competent authority, as well as information on when and how payments are made, will be compiled in one place.
In accordance with this obligation, our administration has compiled a Single list and, through the Secretariat of the National Coordination Body for Trade Facilitation has forwarded the list to the CEFTA Secretariat.
Single list of fees and charges relating to import and export is also available on the National Coordination Body for Trade Facilitation website.
